Our Miscarriage Journal was created to help those who have miscarried process and heal through writing. While 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage, many women are silently struggling, without resources on how to navigate through the hurt. We believe in the power of journaling to not only preserve memories, but also to serve as a safe place to make sense of our emotions, work through complicated feelings, and heal.
