My entire experience with this order was good. I appreciated the different selections and all the product details on the website. I made a mistake when finalizing the order and put in my own shipping address instead of the friend where we were sending the package I reached out to customer service right away. They were very kind and their response and fix the problem quickly. They also had to exchange an item in the gift box and the communication was very clear and helpful. When our friend received the box, she was very, very moved. The package arrived faster than the shipping time frame forecasted on the website. I will definitely shop with this company again.
