Lately I have been thinking of his last earthly day with us and keep replaying in my head and its traumatizing. This exercise helps me re-frame it by writing a letter to and from my beloved. I know I gave him the best day he could have possibly had, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like enough. I know Beth’s book will help me navigate this soul shattering journey I am on. Would highly recommend to anyone currently experiencing or knows someone that is.
