Then, through a cozy read-aloud and guided journaling, each child explores what makes them feel strong, brave, and uniquely themselves - the animals they love, the words that feel like \"them,\" and the things they want to feel more of.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith a little guidance, those discoveries get transformed into powerful personal affirmations, then it's art time! Kids decorate pre-cut cards, write their affirmations, and get them laminated to keep forever.
